Southern California Gas will extend through at least Tuesday a high-linepack OFO that has been in effect since Saturday.
Noting their limited ability to resolve existing due-pipe imbalances, affiliated pipelines Texas Eastern and Algonquin notified all delivery point operators that effective Thursday until further notice they “are required to keep actual daily takes out of the system greater than or equal to scheduled quantities, regardless of their cumulative imbalance position.” The action was required, the pipelines said, “due to the holiday weekend and customer storage inventories near record highs.” In addition, “all receipt point operators are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system less than or equal to scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position.”
