Southern Star Central declared a force majeure event as it reduced capacity Wednesday on its Rawlins-Hesston Line due to required repairs resulting from findings of its pipeline integrity program. The reduction to 80,000 Dth/d through St. Francis Station in Cheyenne County, KS, is expected to be in effect until Friday, Southern Star said.

Due to compressor maintenance at its Clay Basin storage facility, effective Wednesday injection capacity became 225,000 Dth/d for daily injections and 25,000 Dth/d for Park and Loan service, making a total of 250,000 Dth/d, Questar said.

Gulf South reported the start of unplanned maintenance Wednesday on Units #4 and #7 at Marksville Compressor Station in Avoyelles Parish, LA. The work on Unit #4 will continue for about 10 days and reduce station capacity by as much as 150,000 Dth/d, Gulf South said, while maintenance on Unit 37 could cut capacity by as much as 50,000 Dth/d for about four days.
