Northern Natural Gas, operator of the Matagorda Offshore Pipeline System (MOPS), said Friday it was nearing the return of service on MOPS dehydration equipment at the onshore Tivoli, TX, facility (see Daily GPI, Oct. 22) and expected it to be fully operational for Monday’s gas day.

Pacific Gas and Electric continued a systemwide Stage 3 high-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system through at least Saturday, but it loosened the tolerance for positive daily imbalances from 5% to 8%.

NOVA said pipe maintenance on its 36-inch diameter Western Alberta System will proceed as planned Tuesday through Friday. During this outage Alberta, British Columbia, delivery capacity will be 1,810 MMcf/d; recent nominations have been from 1,775 to 2,058 MMcf/d, NOVA said.

An outage starting Monday at the Transco Ragley Interconnect for meter maintenance is expected to last five days, Trunkline said, so it will not accept nominations there for the Monday through Friday gas days.

Due to high line pressures near the Transok Compressor Station in its Southwest Area, ANR said it was restricting receipt capacity to only Firm Primary nominations at the Custer City location from last Saturday through the end of the month.

TGT reported completion of scheduled maintenance that began Oct. 1 on the Eunice East segment in South Louisiana and said normal operating conditions there would be resumed last Saturday. It had previously expected to finish the work by the start of Wednesday’s gas day.

Gulf South said due to inquiries by several parties, it is offering remaining capacity on its Haynesville to Perryville Expansion Project on a first-come, first-serve basis. See the bulletin board for details.
