Citing cold weather and operational conditions, MRT issued anOFO Wednesday. All IT and AOR (Authorized Overrun) volumes flowingnorth of the Glendale (AR) Station on the Main Line wereinterrupted. Affected customers should re-source their Main Linesupplies to the East Line or take their Main Line IT and/or AORreceipts to zero, MRT said.

Pacific Gas & Electric has a Stage 1 high-inventory OFO inplace today with a very tight 2% tolerance for positive dailyimbalances. Penalties for non-compliance are $1/dth. The utility isprojecting excessive linepack on its system through Saturday.

Until further notice Texas Eastern is not accepting any ITnominations sourced upstream of its M-3 zone and delivered intoM-3. An OFO requiring uniform hourly M-3 deliveries (see Daily GPI, Jan. 19) remained in effect Wednesday.

Due to unscheduled maintenance causing a force majeure at theSturgis Processing Plant on CIG’s system, plant throughput will belimited to 6 MMcf/d. CIG anticipates that repairs will be completedby Saturday’s gas day.

PG&E Gas Transmission-Northwest wants to buy up to 65,000Dth for linepack and is soliciting faxed bids through Jan. 25. Thegas may be delivered at either Kingsgate or Stanfield during theFeb. 1-15 period. Call Doug Hahn at (503) 833-4312
