Florida Gas Transmission tightened the tolerance for negative daily imbalances from 25% to 15% in extending an Overage Alert Day through at least Wednesday.

Tennessee declared force majeure late Tuesday afternoon after apparently discovering a leak on the Triple T portion of its Bluewater System in the vicinity of the 523M-2300 line. Thirteen Eugene Island and Ship Shoal meters were shut in as a result. However, the pipeline said late Wednesday morning it had been unable to confirm a leak and was lifting the force majeure and associated shut-in restrictions, although it planned to continue investigating the matter.

NOVA said it completed repairs of a line break on the 20-inch Peace River Mainline. However, service was restored at a reduced capacity until further investigation has been completed, NOVA said, and thus all IT in Segment 1 of Peace River remain unavailable until further notice.

El Paso said late Tuesday it was ending a warning of a potential Strained Operating Condition due to drafting on the Yuma Lateral. Customer response was sufficient to increase its linepack to acceptable levels, El Paso said.
