Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a systemwide low-inventory OFO beyond Thursday.

Citing operating conditions, Panhandle Eastern said it will not schedule Interruptible and Out-of-Path deliveries downstream of the Edgerton Compressor Station effective Friday until further notice. “All transportation rate schedules are affected,” the pipeline said.

Gulf South said it will begin about 31 days of pipe maintenance Friday on its Index 817 and Index 818 segments from the Tallulah to Rock Springs (interconnect with Transco Station 85) compressor stations, which will require shutting in nine meters on that portion of its 42-inch diameter expansion.

El Paso said it has determined that the Unit #5B crankshaft at Williams Station will have to be replaced. Declaring a force majeure event, El Paso said this will cause a 30 MMcf/d reduction in capacity from Friday through June 30.

Because the Goodsprings Compressor Station’s turbine engine was not performing to expected specifications, Kern River took the unit out of service for further investigation. Operational capacity at Goodsprings was limited to 1,627,000 Dth/d starting Wednesday, a reduction from average operational capacity for April of 1,677,000 Dth/d, Kern River said.

Wyoming Interstate Co. expects to complete repairs Saturday to Douglas Compressor Station and restore Medicine Bow Lateral capacity from 1,120 MMcf/d to 1,520 MMcf/d for Sunday’s gas day.
