Due to reports from owners and/or operators of processing plants that service its Southeast Area that based on their analysis of processing economics for the month of April, most will not process or will bypass large quantities of gas unless a hydrocarbon dew point (HDP) restriction is put in place by ANR, the pipeline said it is establishing an HDP limit of 25 degrees F during April for all receipts upstream of Defiance on the Southeast Mainline, including all points upstream of the Eunice (LA) Head Station. The HDP limit will not apply to receipt meters flowing 500 Dth/d or less, ANR said. No HDP limitation will be necessary in the Southwest Area, it added.
