Northern Natural Gas is allowing two System Overrun Limitations to lapse Wednesday.

Due to forecasted weather conditions on its system, TGT said effective Wednesday until further notice it is not permitting Hourly Overrun Transportation, Delivery Point Loans or Imbalance Payback from Transportation Service Provider north of Jeffersontown Compressor Station.

Wyoming Interstate Co. (WIC) reported suffering damage to Douglas Compressor Station at the Medicine Bow Constraint Point (MBC). The pipeline said the damage reduced its compression capability and effective Tuesday caused a capacity cut through MBC from 1,520 MMcf/d to 1,120 MMcf/d. WIC anticipates that the compressor unit will remain out of service at least through Wednesday.

Southern Natural Gas noted that it began maintenance Sunday on the Cypress Line that was expected to last seven to 10 days. However, Southern said Tuesday, as a result of colder weather moving into the Florida market area, it has suspended the work until the colder weather subsides. It canceled temporarily the force majeure implemented in association with the maintenance and capacity allocations for a number of customer groups. Southern expects to resume Cypress Line work later this week and said it will post an update on the resumption date no later than Thursday morning.

Citing gas quality issues, ANR said it is restricting capacity at its SS [Ship Shoal] 207/Enbridge interconnect in the Southeast Area Fuel Segment to 15 MMcf/d from Tuesday through the end of February. Based on current nominations, ANR said, it anticipates that the reduction may result in the curtailment of Firm Secondary and Interruptible services.

Algonquin said an outage on its Hubline system (see Daily GPI, Feb. 2) has ended and it lifted restrictions on shippers sourcing gas into Algonquin from the Maritimes Beverly interconnect Tuesday.

Southern California Gas said it is regaining 50 MMcf/d of injection capacity at its Honor Rancho storage facility Wednesday after completing repairs to Unit #2.

TGT has added a new receipt point, Audubon Properties #1 on the Sharon Carthage West segment, to its master location list. The location became available for service Sunday.
