Projecting that its Panhandle Eastern delivery point interconnect in Audrain County, MO, would be available for service Monday, Rockies Express said it was accepting Timely cycle nominations for the point Sunday.

NGPL said a force majeure event occurred at Compressor Station 106 in Gage County, NE, due to a machinery breakage. Repairs have begun and NGPL expects to have the unit back in service for Wednesday’s gas day. Effective for Tuesday NGPL was scheduling primary firm and secondary in-path firm transports through the station to a minimum of 70% of Maximum Daily Quantity (MDQ) “for each contract with primary or secondary in-path rights through Segment 12, assuming that each such contract is nominated at full applicable contract MDQ through Compressor Station 106 pathed to go downstream (eastbound) through Segment 12,” the pipeline said. “The actual scheduling level may be higher depending on the level of overall contract utilization.”

Transco noted that in response to a Sept. 14 pipe rupture downstream of Appomattox, VA, on its Mainline B it had removed that line from service and reduced the operating pressure on the remaining two mainlines. Transco said it must perform certain mitigation procedures before returning the three mainlines to normal operating pressure, and the duration of the mitigation work is unknown at this time. As a result of the rupture and mitigation work, Transco said its ability to accommodate due-pipeline imbalances (deliveries in excess of receipts) downstream of Station 170. Thus an Imbalance Makeup Notice (IMN) Due from Buyer or OBA (Operational Balancing Agreement) Party Operational Control will become effective Wednesday for any imbalance created from a receipt point downstream of Station 170 and continue until further notice, Transco said. All affected parties will be required to maintain a month-to-date due-shipper imbalance that is limited to 10% or 1,000 Dth, whichever is greater. A systemwide pool scheduling tolerance will remain at 1%. Transco also said it may become limited in its ability to manage due-shipper imbalances upstream of Station 170, and further Operational Control notices or even an OFO may become necessary.

CIG lifted a force majeure Friday, saying repairs of a leak in the jumper compressor, which compresses CIG gas for delivery into Cheyenne Plains Pipeline, had been made and the compressor was again in service. CIG, Cheyenne Plains and Wyoming Interstate Co. worked together to keep shippers’ confirmed scheduled quantities whole, CIG said.

TGT reported adding a new northwest Louisiana receipt point — North Keithville #2 on the Sharon Carthage West segment — to its master location list.
