Because primary firm nominations through the Plymouth North Constraint Point for the Timely cycle of Thursday’s gas day were below the available capacity of 453,000 Dth/d, Northwest discontinued the Declared Deficiency Period for the point Thursday and said it would allow new nomination requests in the Evening and Intraday cycles up to 500,000 Dth/d. If primary firm nomination requests for Friday exceed 453,000 Dth/d, Northwest said, it will declare a new Deficiency Period for the remainder of the work, which it expects to complete that day. It plans to schedule up to Plymouth North’s design capacity of 553,000 Dth/d for Saturday.

NGPL has scheduled lowering the Oklahoma Extension #1 for State Highway 70 near Station 801 in Carter County, OK (located in Segment 1 of the Midcontinent Zone) for May 20-22. Eleven meters will be unavailable during this outage, NGPL said, but three other locations that also are in Segment 1 will not be impacted.

Effective May 1, Tennessee will set a hydrocarbon dew point (HDP) limitation of 20 degrees F for the HDP Segments and all receipt meters south of Station 1 in Agua Dulce, TX. This limitation will remain in effect for the entire month unless the pipeline modifies or terminates it earlier. “The limitation is to prevent anticipated hydrocarbon liquid fallout and to assure that gas will be accepted for delivery into interconnects, including within interstate or intrastate pipelines, storage facilities, end-users and local distribution companies,” Tennessee said. See the bulletin board for further details.
