In an OFO notice, Questar said effective Thursday until further notice, it will not accept any due-pipeline imbalance payback nominations. “Due to the high inventory levels at Clay Basin [storage facility], the upcoming reservoir conditioning and injection test…Questar is restricting the receipt of gas that cannot be injected into Clay Basin or absorbed within system linepack.”

Northern Natural Gas said it had completed repairs to a valve leak at the Kansas Gas/NNG Rice County point as expected Wednesday (see Daily GPI, Sept. 10). It canceled the associated force majeure and resumed accepting nominations at the point for Wednesday’s gas day.

Due to scheduled North Texas expansion work, Trunkline said the following guidelines will be in effect for an expected six days starting Thursday: all East Louisiana zone receipts must be scheduled to Centerville delivery points; all Vermilion receipts must be nominated downstream of Kaplan; nominations from Zones 1A, 1B, West Louisiana and Texas will not be scheduled for deliveries to Centerville; and no backflow nominations will be accepted.
