Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Saturday, saying it would assess Buy-Back charges in accordance with its tariffs to customers who delivered more than 110% of their actual gas usage on the OFO day.

Pacific Gas & Electric issued a Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Saturday, setting penalties of $1/Dth for exceeding a 6% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

Citing forecasts of 90-degree weather in Florida Friday with increasing temperatures during the weekend, Florida Gas Transmission declared an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers with 25% tolerance for negative daily imbalances. FGT said it would not interrupt previously scheduled market-area ITS-1 service for Friday’s gas day.

Northwest expected to complete installation of pigging facilities near the Lava Hot Springs Compressor Station as scheduled Friday (see Daily GPI, June 19) and said it would end the associated Declared Deficiency Period and reset the station to its northbound-flow design capacity of 646,000 Dth/d for Saturday’s gas day.

ANR has lifted the capacity constraint on receipts at the Marshfield Viking interconnect (see Daily GPI, June 19).
