Citing a forecast of 90-degree weather in central Florida, Florida Gas Transmission issued an Overage Alert Day Tuesday for market-area customers. The tolerance for negative daily imbalances was set at 25%. FGT said it would not interrupt previously scheduled market-area ITS-1 service for Tuesday’s gas day.

Reflecting an excess of linepack, Westcoast is changing its imbalance tolerance range Wednesday to zero pack/20% draft.

Tennessee reported completion of the Louisiana Deepwater Link tie-in to its 526C-100 Line, allowing physical flow to be resumed at the two West Delta 40B meters and also at the West Delta 34A Dehydration and West Delta 35A meters.

There will be a 120 MMcf/d loss of injection Thursday at the Aliso Canyon storage facility when Southern California Gas performs TDC on-line inspections and other maintenance.

As it had expected (see Daily GPI, April 30), NOVA was able to complete leak repairs Tuesday on its Marten Hills Lateral. However, investigation and analysis of the cause of the leak is ongoing, NOVA said, and the line is not expected to return to service until May 7.

Due to line isolation issues, El Paso postponed a Pipeline Integrity Project (PIP) for Lines 1208/1201 that had been scheduled to begin Tuesday. Maintenance crews were moved to begin the Line 1200 PIP Tuesday and that work will continue through Sunday. The reduction of North Mainline capacity was changed from 437 MMcf/d to 215 MMcf/d effective with Cycle 3 nominations Tuesday, and that will continue through Sunday, El Paso said.

Dominion said it will take Engine 7 at Cornwell Station out of service for four hours of maintenance starting at 8 a.m. EDT Wednesday. Production in bubble 2206 must be reduced approximately 40% during this time, it added.
