ANR notified its interruptible storage customers under Rate Schedules DDS and MBS that they must reduce their remaining inventory to zero by Oct. 31. ANR will continue to allow infield transfers to and from DDS and MBS accounts if the transfers do not cause account balances to exceed 35% of their June 14 allocated balance, as long as the accounts are emptied by Oct. 31. A daily restriction on interruptible injections that was implemented June 12 (see Daily GPI, June 13) remains in effect until further notice, ANR said.
Citing current inventory levels and scheduled storage shut-in testing, Dominion asked all customers Wednesday to “take the necessary steps to manage their activities” to reduce due-pipe makeup imbalances and prevent creating due-shipper imbalances. Limited short-term parking and loan payback activity will still be available, but parks will continue to be held to a 15-day duration, Dominion said.
Ongoing repairs to the Reno Lateral (see Daily GPI, Sept. 5) are now expected to continue through Sept. 22, Northwest said. To accommodate the repairs, it will limit Owyhee Compressor Station capacity to 86,000 Dth/d Thursday through Sept. 22. Full design capacity is expected to be restored Sept. 23, Northwest said.
