The Sea Robin Processing Plant operated by Amerada Hess was back online (see Daily GPI, March 27) and began processing around noon Sunday, Sea Robin Pipeline reported. It asked shippers to adjust gas flows and nominations as needed.

Transwestern issued an OFO Monday for the Enterprise Ward delivery point and said it has rescheduled volumes there “to more closely match actual flow rates.”

A gas quality problem has been reported at the Urantia-Lea receipt point in Lea County, NM, NGPL said, adding that effective Tuesday until further notice, this point will be unavailable.

Southern Natural Gas has scheduled shut-in tests of Bear Creek Storage Field in Louisiana for April 4-10 and of Muldon Storage Field in Mississippi for April 18-24. A force majeure will be in effect during each test. Southern will reduce each CSS customer’s DIQ (Daily Injection Quantity) and DWQ (Daily Withdrawal Quantity) on a pro-rata basis to 64% of currently effective volumes during the Bear Creek test and 36% during the Muldon test.

Kern River was among pipelines reminding customers that Daylight Savings Time begins at 2 a.m. local time Sunday, telling them to take into consideration that the April 1 gas day will be 23 hours long when scheduling quantities for the day.
