PG&E declared a system-wide OFO with a 3% tolerance with aStage I non-compliance charge of $1.00/Dth due to high inventory.

Transwestern’s Bisti compressor station will be down for about24 hours beginning at 9 CCT Sept. 20 for unit maintenance affecting75,000 MMBtu/d. Work was completed on three units yesterday on theBloomfield compressor station, and the units are on line.

Panhandle Eastern and Trunkline Gas will leave the LINKelectronic bulletin board system of Duke Energy and change over tothe Messenger bulletin board system of CMS Energy Oct. 18. At thesame time, the pipelines will begin a phased implementation of newGISB-compliant Internet screens.

From Sept. 7 through 30, ANR will upgrade the E.G. HillCompressor Station. For the first 10 days of work, no horsepowerwill be available, which will result in zero volumes for GPM’sSherman Plant. For the period Sept. 17 through 30, capacity will belimited to only six out of 11 engines available of which three canpump volumes from GPM’s Sherman Plant and three can pump volumesfrom Gageby Creek.

From Sept. 7 through 30, ANR will work on the SouthwestMainline. ANR’s compressor station at Greensburg, KS, will be offline as will the Havensville, KS, station. Mainline work couldresult in flow reductions of 25 to 50 MMcf/d, which should onlyimpact interruptible/secondary nominations.
