Pacific Gas & Electric allowed Saturday’s high-inventory OFO to lapse Sunday before reinstating it for Monday’s gas day. The OFO was to be lifted again Tuesday.

Southern California Gas kept Saturday’s high-linepack OFO in place Sunday before lifting it Monday.

Questar said it will declare force majeure when it restricts the ML 104 scheduling point and Wildcat tap to zero flow in all cycles for Wednesday’s gas day. Nominations will be accepted from Kern River to Currant Creek and Nebo Tap, Questar said, adding that the ML 104 shutdown is needed to install the Thistle Creek block valve as part of Southern System expansion work. Kern River advised its shippers who take receipts from Questar at the Goshen Receipt Point that they will need to arrange alternate supply Thursday.
