Dominion said interruptible and secondary deliveries were restored Thursday at the following market-area points: Corning Natural Gas, New York State Electric and Gas, Rochester Gas & Electric, Niagara Mohawk, Fillmore Gas and National Fuel Gas Distribution. Those services had been suspended Jan. 18 due to anticipated weather load (see Daily GPI, Jan. 18).

Texas Eastern has issued four customer-specific OFOs, which take effect Monday, to customers who exceeded their recommended maximum storage withdrawal limits. The OFO requires the customer to deliver its contract’s firm transportation MDQ (maximum daily quantity) under Rate Schedules CDS, FT-1 and SCT, as applicable, “in the most downstream zone of delivery to the maximum extent contractually feasible prior to utilizing storage services.” The pipeline also said it canceled Thursday an individual OFO that became effective Jan. 7 “due to the customer having injected volumes to bring them back into plan.”

Transco will require 12 production meters in the vicinity to shut in for an estimated three hours Thursday morning during pipeline valve repair at High Island Block 154 offshore Texas. Due to the short duration of the work, Transco will not require any reduction of nominations at affected meters for Thursday’s gas day.
