Northern Natural Gas did not extend a System Overrun Limitation day for market-area Zone E/F beyond Tuesday, but it declared a new SOL for Wednesday in the Zone A/B/C area due to forecasted minimum temperatures of below zero.

Columbia Gas ended Tuesday what it called three “Pre-Operational Flow Orders.” The first was issued Dec. 13 and the other two followed three days later.

Due to the lack of availability of compression at Cashion (OK) Compressor Station, Panhandle Eastern began limiting nominations through its BISO9 segment to 110 MMcf/d Tuesday. The segment includes the DEFS Kingfisher, DEFS Cashion and Enogex points.

Mechanical inspection of Wenden Station’s B unit will be confined to Wednesday only, El Paso said. Therefore, capacity of the Havasu Crossover was to be returned to 680 MMcf/d effective with Tuesday’s Cycle 3 nominations before being reduced by 95 MMcf/d for Wednesday’s gas day.

Florida Gas Transmission updated its maintenance schedule Tuesday for work that will begin on various days during January and will have varying lengths and impacts. See the bulletin board for details. Here is a summary of the projects that will reduce capacity most: On Jan. 13 about one day of maintenance will be performed on the 24-inch mainline between Stations 6 and 7 in Zone 1. Up to about 200,000 MMBtu/d will be scheduled through Station 7; during normal operations up to 467,000 MMBtu/d is scheduled. It will take about a day on Jan. 8 for a scrubber installation at Station 11 in Mt. Vernon, AL to complete ongoing station piping maintenance. During this work the pipeline will schedule up to about 1,500,000 MMBtu/d of forward-haul service into its Florida market area, down from normal scheduling of up to 2,200,000 MMBtu/d through Station 11. About four days of maintenance on the 18-inch and 22-inch East White Lake lateral lines upstream of Station 75 will begin Jan. 24. Normal scheduling of up to 650,000 MMBtu/d on East White Lake Lateral will be cut to about 250,000 MMBtu/d until this project is finished.
