Effective Tuesday, Dominion will have no interruptible or secondary capacity available at delivery points to the Corning Natural Gas, New York State Electric and Gas, Rochester Gas & Electric, Niagara Mohawk, Fillmore Gas and National Fuel Gas Distribution systems. The action is being taken due to anticipated weather forecasts and the duration of these forecasts, as well as the anticipated corresponding firm load requirements, Dominion said. It also asked all customers located downstream of its Stateline facility and Boom Station and along the PL-1 system to monitor their hourly deliveries from Dominion and take necessary steps to minimize hourly variances in takes. And also effective Tuesday until further notice, there will be no capacity on the PL-1 system for either interruptible or secondary transportation. All primary PL-1 customers will be required to deliver to their primary points of delivery during this restriction, Dominion said.
