ISS customers will have 30 days to complete withdrawal of their inventory, but will be allowed to transfer volumes to FSS (firm) accounts. Questar also said it has scheduled automation work at the Oak Spring Compressor Station for Dec. 7. It will restrict the ML 104 scheduling point to 100,000 Dth/d in nomination Cycles 1 and 2 that day, returning capacity to 275,000 Dth/d in Cycles 3 and 4. Based on current nominations, this represents a 63% reduction in primary nominations, Questar said. As nominations are realigned it may be necessary for Questar to utilize the ML 80, West Fidlar or Rifle scheduling points.
