El Paso ended Saturday an Unauthorized Overpull Penalty alert that had been declared three days earlier.

Sonat said it does not expect to issue a Type 6 OFO Tuesday, but one for short imbalances is “highly likely” Wednesday and Thursday.

Northwest reported experiencing a line break early Saturday morning on its 26-inch line in a rural area near Toledo, WA. No injuries or property damage were reported, and no service restrictions have been needed, a spokeswoman said. Northwest expects to complete repairs at the site by Tuesday but may not restore flows through the segment until sometime afterward.

As of Monday Transco was not accepting nominations from any locations on the Central Louisiana Lateral. It said the action was a result of “excessive amounts of liquid condensate being received from operators on the lateral.” The ban on nominations is expected to last four to five days, although Transco said it may periodically flow limited amounts of gas in order to remove liquids currently on the system.

Transco also said that effective Tuesday until further notice, it will not accept nominations for delivery into Transco at the Texas Eastern Ragley (LA) receipt point. “Current operations on the Transco and [Texas Eastern] systems will not support receipts by Transco at this location,” it said.

Effective Tuesday, due to an unforeseen engine outage ANR will shut in the Joliet Compressor Station (an interconnect with NGPL near Chicago) and stop accepting nominations there until further notice.

Florida Gas Transmission said current estimates indicate that a compressor at its Transco St. Helena interconnect in South Louisiana will be available for Tuesday’s gas day. Unscheduled maintenance on the unit, one of two at the interconnect, began Nov. 26 and reduced the point’s capacity to 15,000 MMBtu/d (see Daily GPI, Nov. 30). At that time the work was expected to take seven to eight days.

Due to the planned in-line inspection on its 36-inch Western Alberta Mainline Extension, NOVA planned to remove IT service at 8 p.m. MST Monday in the #1, 2, 26, 27 and partial 5 segments. This restriction is projected to end at 8 p.m. Friday, barring any unforeseen problems. An FT restriction also may be required for the duration of the inspection, NOVA said. Nine meter stations (Millers Lake, Gold Creek, Carson Creek, Carson Creek East, Virginia Hills East, Virginia Hills, Judy Creek, Cadotte River and Cadotte River South) will be excluded from the restricted area.
