Tennessee said Monday it was in the process of isolating the section of pipeline following discovery of a leak in the vicinity of South Pass 38. It estimated that repairs would “take a minimum of two weeks.” The South Pass 38, 39, 45 and 47 meters are affected.

Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a two-day high-inventory OFO beyond Saturday.

A shut-in of 12 meters on ANR‘s offshore Louisiana system between Eugene Island 188 and Ship Shoal 207, rescheduled to have begun Monday (see Daily GPI, June 20), was postponed by the contractor due to inclement weather. The removal of debris near ANR’s pipeline, in association with third-party salvage work due to damage from last year’s Hurricane Lili, will require the shut-ins during the critical lift period. ANR said it will receive 48 hours’ notice from the contractor prior to the necessary shut-in period and will update its bulletin board posting accordingly.
