Sonat will declare force majeures in conjunction with shut-in tests scheduled at its two storage fields during April. Firm storage (CSS) customers will be allocated to 36% of their currently effective Daily Injection Quantity (DIQ) and Daily Withdrawal Quantity (DWQ) during April 1-7 work at the Muldon facility in Mississippi and to 64% of DIQ/DWQ during April 8-21 work at the Bear Creek facility in North Louisiana. These reduced levels of DIQ and DWQ are subject to change, if necessary.

NOVA changed its system imbalance tolerance range to 0/-4 effective with the start of Monday’s gas day.

Questar said maintenance at its Skull Creek delivery point to Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, which began March 3, will continue through April 25. No nominations are being accepted at Skull Point during this period. Questar also has scheduled construction associated with its Northern System Expansion for April 15-16. Nominations at three delivery points will be limited for Cycles 1 through 3 each day; see the bulletin board for details.

On April 18 Florida Gas Transmission will begin repairing a valve at Compressor Station 8 in Zone 2. The work will take about three days, during which FGT will schedule up to approximately 900,000 MMBtu/d through the station; normal capacity is 1,150,000 MMBtu/d. On April 22 the pipeline will begin about eight days of hydrostatic testing on part of the 22-inch East White Lake Lateral just upstream of Compressor Station 75 in Zone 2. During this work FGT will schedule up to about 350,000MMBtu/d from the lateral’s southern portion, down from the normal 450,000 MMBtu/d. The downstream Gulf South/St Landry and ANR/St Landry receipt points will not be affected by the East White Lake outage. Also during April in Zone 1, FGT will perform scheduled inspections of mainline pipe just downstream of Compressor Station 4 and at Dickinson Bay south of Houston. Pending results of the inspections, FGT may have to temporarily remove the mainline pipe from normal service for a few days while modifications are made.

El Paso said maintenance on the Window Rock Station’s 4B, 5B and 6B compressors has been rescheduled to April 9-20. That and other projects will cause reductions of North Mainline capacity ranging from 25 MMcf/d to 460 MMcf/d on various days during the April 9-25 period. See the bulletin board for details.
