El Paso‘s White Rock Station will be down for controls replacement April 9-27, with the #1 turbine remaining down through April 29. Bondad Station will be down for annual Department of Transportation inspections April 16. The work will cut San Juan Basin capacity by 270 MMcf/d April 9-27 and by 105 MMcf/d April 28-29. Bondad capacity will be reduced by 585 MMcf/d on April 16.

Citing forecasts of colder temperatures, East Tennessee Natural Gas implemented restrictions at the start of Sunday’s gas day on Secondary receipts upstream of Stations 3104 and 3205 and Secondary deliveries downstream of Station 3309. In addition, ETNG implemented its Maximum Allowable Delivery Service (MAD). The unauthorized overrun charges for exceeding MAD will remain in effect until further notice, ETNG said.

El Paso reported completing Line 2000 repairs between Guadalupe and Cornudas Stations ahead of schedule. South Mainline capacity was increased by 230 MMcf/d effective with nominations for Cycle 4 Friday and Cycle 1 Saturday. El Paso also said a shutdown of Line 3114 between Midkiff and Sweetie Peck in Midland and Upton Counties, TX “will be postponed to a later date to allow producers in the area time to prepare for the outage.” Seven interconnects will be unable to deliver gas into the pipeline during the outage; however, delivery points in the area will be fed from linepack and should not be affected, El Paso said.

Dynegy Midstream Services, operator of the Yscloskey Gas Processing Plant at Tennessee‘s Main Line Valve 529 in southeast Louisiana, has returned the plant to service (see Daily GPI, March 27), the pipeline said Friday.

Transco alerted customers Friday of a reduced processing percentage at the North Terrebonne Gas Processing Plant in South Louisiana that will take effect Tuesday until further notice. Transco said it has been informed that the plant will be processing at a level of 90%, and advised shippers that nominations for plant thermal reduction (PTR) quantities should be 90% of the Terrebonne PVR levels posted for April in a March 24 notice.
