NGPL restored full nominations Friday at six wells on the NorthCuster gathering line in Custer County, OK. The wells had been cutto 1 MMbtu/d Tuesday after a line leak was discovered.

A TGT transportation agreement with High Island Offshore System(HIOS Rate Schedule T-3, dated Dec. 1, 1977) will end May 29. Thuseffective June 1, six High Island blocks (283, 303, 345, 498, 555,573, 582 and 539) will no longer be contiguous receipt points tothe TGT system for use by customers. Also, TGT’s Feb. 15, 1976 FTagreement with ANR, under which ANR transports gas from itsinterconnect with HIOS at West Cameron 167 to TGT at Eunice, LA,will end June 15. As a result of these contract terminations, TGT’sfirm customers no longer will have access to HIOS capacity as partof their TGT transportation agreements and should make their ownarrangements with HIOS. El Paso’s Florida River Units #1 and #2 will be down forinspection, one at a time, March 29-31. This will reduce receiptcapacity from the Amoco Florida facility by 50 MMcf/d. Also, ElPaso has rescheduled a shutdown of the Eunice “A” Station for March31. It will cause higher than normal delivery pressures at the GPMEunice, Texaco Eunice, Warren Monument and Cabot Hobbs facilities.For eight to 12 hours that day capacity through the station will belimited to 240 MMcf/d (total from the points listed above and SanJuan gas moving south from Plains Station).

Effective April 6, Kern River will no longer support its RapidsII electronic bulletin board under the Windows 3.1 operatingsystem. This is largely due to third-party software packages usedin the Windows 3.1 version of Rapids II no longer being supportedby their respective vendors, the pipeline said. It will continue tosupport Rapids II running under Windows 95 or Windows NT. KernRiver said it is developing and testing Version 2.60 of Rapids II,which will become available March 30.
