[RP16-440]. ANR, whose current rates were established in 1997, has proposed an overall rate of return of 11.89% with a capital structure of 35% debt at 7.63%, and 65% equity at 14.19%, to go into effect March 1. The companies are asking FERC to suspend the proposed rates and “investigate the justness and reasonableness of ANR’s proposal.”
