CEO Jeffrey Skilling, appearing somewhat humbled but still confident, declared Monday the 28 criminal charges against him “are wrong.” Speaking to a packed courtroom with his family in the front row, he told jurors, “I am innocent of those charges, and I will fight those charges until the day I die.”
