FERC Approves Construction of Valley Crossing’s Tex-Mex NatGas Border Crossing Project

Valley Crossing Pipeline LLC has been authorized by FERC to begin construction of its Border Crossing Project. The 1,000-foot stretch of 42-inch diameter pipeline would extend from a point in Texas state waters, located about 30 miles east of Brownsville, to the international border with the Mexican state of Tamaulipas, in the Gulf of Mexico [CP17-19].
