Kelly, who served on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission during the Bush and Obama administrations (see Daily GPI, Sept. 22, 2009), joins the firm as a partner in its Washington office and will co-chair the firm’s energy industry practice. Kelly brings extensive experience in the federal government as well as in the electric and natural gas industries, the firm said.
