Enterprise Products Partners LP’s fourth natural gas liquids (NGL) fractionator at its Mont Belvieu, TX, complex has begun operating ahead of schedule and under budget at its nameplate capacity of 75,000 b/d, the partnership said Tuesday.

Questar said the first phase of a pressure uprate in its ML 68 segment was progressing on schedule and was expected to be completed by the start of last Saturday’s gas day. “No special restrictions will be in place until the next phase of the work begins” Tuesday, the pipeline said.

Dominion said it would implement Conform Transportation Services to Schedule Nominations and FTNN (Firm Transportation No-Notice) Hourly Limit OFOs for its PL-1 service area in the Mid-Atlantic effective with the start of Monday’s gas day.
