Con Edison, KeySpan Sign on as Anchor Shippers on Millennium
Major Northeast utilities Consolidated Edison and KeySpan have signed up as anchor shippers on Phase I of the reconfigured Millennium Pipeline, the project’s sponsors said in an amendment filed at FERC Monday.
