Florida Gas Transmission raised the tolerance for negative daily imbalances from 20% to 25% in extending an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers through at least Thursday.

After notifying shippers Tuesday that one might become necessary due to forecasts of hot Florida temperatures, Florida Gas Transmission (FGT) issued an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers Wednesday. FGT set a 20% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

Florida Gas Transmission did not extend a two-day Overage Alert for market-area customers beyond Wednesday.

Citing Florida forecasts of high temperatures in the low 90s, Florida Gas Transmission issued an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers Tuesday, setting the tolerance for negative daily imbalances at 25%.

Florida Gas Transmission ended Wednesday an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers that had been in effect for the previous two days.

Due to peak temperatures in Florida reaching the 90s, Florida Gas Transmission issued an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers Monday, setting a 25% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

With freezing temperatures forecast for northern Florida Monday night, Florida Gas Transmission (FGT) notified market-area customers that it was issuing an Overage Alert Day for Monday with a 15% tolerance on negative daily imbalances. Noting that on Nov. 1 FGT had begun maintenance on the Citronelle FGT and Citronelle Transco interconnects between FGT Stations 10 and 11, FGT now expects to finish the work on Jan. 31; until then zero volumes are being scheduled at the interconnects. Total operational capacity there is 400,000 MMBtu/d, but during normal operations up to slightly above 300,000 MMBtu/d is scheduled. See the bulletin board for a list of affected area points.
