Chesapeake Utilities Corp. affiliate Peninsula Pipeline Co. and SeaCoast Gas Transmission affiliate TECO Peoples Gas (PGS) plan to jointly develop a pipeline to bring additional natural gas capacity to the Jacksonville area of northeastern Florida, the companies said Wednesday.

Theclass action was filed on behalf of current shareholders ofMarketSpan who were stockholders of LILCO and/or The Brooklyn UnionGas Co. (BU) or its successor, KeySpan Energy Corp. at the time ofthe merger of LILCO and BU.
