Martin Midstream Partners LP on Wednesday said it sold its East Texas Pipeline, a natural gas liquids (NGL) system, to an undisclosed buyer for $17.5 million, marking the second infrastructure divestiture in less than three months for the Kilgore, TX-based company.

Pioneer Natural Resources Co. has agreed to sell an acreage package in the Permian Basin of West Texas to an undisclosed buyer for $266 million. The sale in northeastern Martin County includes current production of 1,500 boe/d net. The Dallas independent said in February it wasevaluating offers to sell about 20,500 acres in Martin County. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of April.

As part of a broader set of management succession plan changes,Sempra Energyannounced selection of new CEOs to run its two California utility andU.S. Gas & Powerunits. Under the changes, current CEO of the gas/power subsidiary,Jeffrey Martin, 51, will become CEO ofSan Diego Gas and Electric Co.; current COODennis Arriola, 52, becomes CEO atSouthern California Gas Co.; andPatricia Wagner, 51, Sempra’s current vice president for parent company audit services, becomes CEO of U.S. Gas & Power.

Durbin comes to ANGA after serving as executive vice president at API, where he led advocacy efforts on behalf of the oil and gas industry (see related story).
