Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Saturday, saying it would assess Buy-Back charges in accordance with its tariff to customers that deliver more than 110% of their actual daily gas usage.

Saying its linepack in Florida has fallen, Florida Gas Transmission issued an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers Wednesday, setting a 25% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

Westcoast ended Thursday a high-linepack OFO that had been implemented Sunday.

Southern California Gas sent a notice Wednesday morning declaring a high-linepack OFO effective with that day’s Intraday 1 nominations cycle. The tolerance for positive daily imbalances was set at 10%. The OFO was not extended beyond Wednesday.

Pacific Gas and Electric ended a two-day Stage 2 high-inventory OFO Sunday.

Westcoast ended Wednesday a systemwide high-linepack OFO that had been implemented on the previous Thursday.

Kern River, which had noted low linepack in a bulletin board posting Monday morning, said its system lost an additional 50,000 Dth during that gas day. That prompted the pipeline to bar any shipper drafting in a critical notice Tuesday. Kern River said it will curtail physical flows if necessary and asked customers with due-pipe imbalances to schedule payback. In response to Kern River’s situation, Las Vegas-based Southwest Gas issued a Hold Burn to Scheduled Quantities notice effective Monday until further notice.

Southern California Gas had a high-linepack OFO in effect for Friday and Saturday only before ending it Sunday.

Southern California Gas did not extend a two-day high-linepack OFO beyond Friday.
