Noting that it began performing anomaly investigations between the Pleasant View and La Plata B compressor stations Friday, Northwest said Primary firm nomination requests flowing south through Pleasant View compressor station were exceeding the available capacity of 318,000 Dth/d. Therefore, the pipeline said, a Declared Deficiency Period will be in effect for all days except Sundays through the work’s expected completion Sept. 7. Based on Pleasant View’s design capacity of 352,446 Dth/d, the Daily Deficiency Volume is 34,446 Dth/d, Northwest said. The full design capacity will be available on all Sundays.

FERC Settles With Coral Over False Price Reports
FERC announced last Thursday it has approved a $4 million settlement agreement between its Office of Market Oversight and Investigations (OMOI) and Coral Energy Resources related to Coral’s failure to disclose to the Commission that a trader provided false transaction information to price survey publishers in the 2000-2001 time period (IN05-5).
