Maritimes & Northeast said receipt nominations have exceeded delivery nominations at the Tennessee Gas Interconnect at Dracut (Meter station 30001), a physical delivery meter station, for Wednesday. As a result, the pipeline has restricted receipt nominations at Dracut.

Southwest Gas said pipe maintenance being performed near its interconnect with Transwestern and El Paso is not progressing as quickly as anticipated, causing the maintenance schedule to be extended. It is anticipated that the pipeline will return to service on Thursday this week instead of Tuesday (April 14) as previously indicated, Southwest said. Deliveries into Las Vegas from El Paso and Transwestern are not available while the work continues, the LDC added.

Trunkline Gas Co. LLC said Monday that there will be an outage at the Transco Ragley Interconnect (Location #80277) for meter maintenance until further notice. Nominations at this location will be limited to 440 MMcf/d.

The 680-mile proposed interstate natural gas pipeline — called Ruby Pipeline — that would extend from the Opal Hub in Wyoming to an interconnect at Malin, OR, took another step toward becoming a reality last week after Pacific Gas and Electric Co. (PG&E), the project’s anchor shipper, received a favorable proposed decision regarding the project from a California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) administrative law judge (ALJ). In related news, the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) said it is holding a number of public meetings to obtain comments on the environmental ramifications of the proposed pipeline.
