Peeking behind the $2.9 billion California regulators intend to spend on energy efficiency programs implemented by the state’s major private-sector utilities, the plans appear to be driven by a combination of technology and political/regulatory advancements.

Tennessee lifted Tuesday the OFO Action Alert for Zone 4 that had been implemented Sunday, but said Zones 5 and 6 remain under the OFO Action Alert until further notice.

After rescinding Monday FTNN (Firm Transportation No-Notice) Hourly Limit and Conform Transportation Services to Scheduled Nominations OFOs that it had implemented last week for seven utility meters in New York state (see Daily GPI, Jan. 6), Dominion said the same OFOs will be reinstated Friday for the same New York meters.
