Southern California Gas kept a high-linepack OFO that had been implemented Saturday in effect through Sunday before ending it Monday.

Tennessee implemented an Imbalance Warning for market-area Zones 5 and 6 Thursday, saying effective immediately it requested that customers match physical flow with scheduled quantities to prevent imbalances in those zones that would threaten the pipeline’s operational integrity. “Due to the emergent repair issue at Station 321 and high demand in the Northeast, Tennessee does not have the ability to absorb imbalances caused by underdeliveries by receipt point operators into the system and overtakes from the system by delivery point operators.”

Northern Natural Gas has implemented a System Overrun Limitation until further notice at the Gilmore City #1 point Friday, saying it was due to sustained flows in excess of facility capacity.

Due to Florida forecasts of below-freezing temperatures, Florida Gas Transmission (FGT) implemented an Overage Alert Day (OAD) for market-area customers Sunday with 10% tolerance for negative daily imbalances. The OAD was continued through at least Monday. FGT said it didn’t anticipate scheduling ITS-1 service in the market area for Tuesday’s gas day, and there was the potential for the OAD continuing Tuesday with a much-tighter 2% imbalance tolerance.
