The Interior Department is seeking industry comments to gauge interest in a potential oil and natural gas lease sale in the Cook Inlet Planning Areas off the coast of South-Central Alaska.

D’Lo Gas Storage LLC on Thursday launched a nonbinding open season to gauge market interest in a multicycle salt cavern, an interstate natural gas storage facility to be sited in Simpson County, MS.

The gathering pipeline is expected to be 150-200 miles long, depending on the final route selection, with capacity of up to 400 MMcf/d of natural gas. CenterPoint Energy Inc. subsidiary CenterPoint Energy Gas Transmission Co. (CEGT) on Tuesday launched a nonbinding, 31-day open season to gauge market interest in a new firm wheeling service designed to provide shipper access to existing excess receipt and delivery capacity, along with planned future expansions of such capacity, in the growing Perryville Hub area in northeast Louisiana.

Palomar Gas Transmission LLC, a joint venture of TransCanada Corp. and Northwest Natural Gas Co., said Monday it is moving ahead on a nonbinding open season to gauge interest in capacity from shippers seeking to move Rocky Mountain natural gas into markets in the Willamette Valley of northwest Oregon and the West Coast’s I-5 Corridor.
