Blue Ridge Mountain Resources Inc. (BRMR), formerly Magnum Hunter Resources, said late Thursday it is selling its ownership stake in Eureka Midstream LLC, which owns and operates a major natural gas gathering system that straddles Ohio and West Virginia.

As interest in the San Andres formation in the Permian Basin is growing, so too is infrastructure, with Stakeholder Midstream LLC announcing Tuesday it plans to build a natural gas gathering system that would run from West Texas into southeastern New Mexico. It also plans to expand a crude gathering system in the play.

Oklahoma City-based independent White Star Petroleum LLC has sold its midstream gathering system and associated assets in the state’s stacked reservoirs to 4 AM Midstream, a cross-town operator, for an undisclosed amount.

3Bear Energy LLC, a privately held midstream company based in Denver, said it has entered into definitive agreements with an unidentified anchor shipper to develop, own and operate a gathering and processing system serving the northern part of the Permian Basin in New Mexico’s Delaware sub-basin.

Lilis Energy Inc., an independent producer focused on the Permian Basin, said it has entered into a long-term natural gas gathering, processing and purchase agreement with an affiliate of Lucid Energy Group to support a drilling program in the Delaware sub-basin.

ExxonMobil Corp.’s XTO Energy Inc. and Summit Midstream Partners LP are teaming up to develop, own and operate an associated natural gas gathering and processing system to serve Permian Basin operators in New Mexico.

Tallgrass Energy Partners LP affiliate Tallgrass Midstream LLC agreed Wednesday to purchase the Douglas natural gas gathering system in Wyoming’s Powder River Basin (PRB) from DCP Midstream in a deal valued at $128 million.
