City of San Bruno Challenges CPUC Gas Safety Meeting

Aguirre Offshore GasPort LLC, a unit of Excelerate Energy LP, has filed an application at FERC to build a floating offshore liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal and associated facilities to provide gas to the largest power generation facility in Puerto Rico. At the same time, an affiliate of Cambridge Energy Holding LLC and Cove Point LNG are moving forward with their proposed LNG export facilities. However, after having lost patience, the Commission vacated authorizations for AES Ocean Express LLC’s LNG-related project.
