Trio Seeks Shippers for Commonwealth Pipeline

Inergy Midstream LP, UGI Energy Services Inc. and Capitol Energy Ventures Corp., a unit of WGL Holdings Inc., are conducting a non binding open season for shippers to transport natural gas volumes on the proposed Commonwealth Pipeline, which would carry Marcellus and Utica Shale production to market.

FERC Denies Complaint Accusing SoCalGas of Levying Improper Fee

FERC Thursday rejected a complaint alleging that Southern California Gas (SoCalGas) would violate federal regulations and the U.S. Constitution by levying a fee on natural gas-fired generators to gain access to its intrastate gas pipeline.
