Tennessee said it was allowing all production behind the Grand Chenier and Sabine processing plants that had been ordered to shut in Monday due to Tropical Storm Edouard to resume flows Wednesday.

As a result of compression outages at Grand Chenier Station on the southwest Louisiana coast, volumes that ANR can receive there from HIOS and the West Cameron near-shore blocks was cut by about 40 MMcf/d Wednesday until further notice.

Texas Eastern plans minor maintenance for a few hours Thursdaymorning at the Grand Chenier (LA) Station. Operators may experiencehigher than normal pressures on the West Louisiana zone’s CameronSystem, but pressures are expected to return to normal by evening.

Horsepower problems at the Grand Chenier (LA) Compressor Stationare more extensive than originally thought, ANR said, and willdelay completion of required repairs until Dec. 21. ANR hadpreviously expected to complete the work, which is reducing thestation’s normal capacity of 750 MMcf/d by about 150 MMcf/d,Wednesday (see Daily GPI, Dec. 10).

ANR said horsepower problems at its Grand Chenier (LA)Compressor Station, which are restricting combined capacity fromHIOS and near-shore West Cameron production to about 600 MMcf/d,should be repaired by Dec. 15. That will restore capacity to 750MMcf/d, ANR said.
