However, the pipeline said it might have to reverse course and issue an Underage Alert Day on Wednesday because of Tropical Storm Ernesto’s expected landfall in the Sunshine state. “There is a concern that the reduction in load may cause a significant underburn on the FGT system for Wednesday’s gas day,” it said. “FGT will be making decisions concerning an Overage or Underage Alert Day on a daily basis. FGT will try to afford customers as much flexibility as possible while first maintaining operational reliability.”
