Sonat canceled Thursday a Type 6 OFO for short imbalances that had been implemented Monday.

El Paso canceled an Unauthorized Overpull Penalty situation, which had been declared Tuesday, effective with Cycle 3 nominations Friday. The pipeline also reported taking Roswell (NM) Station’s #3 compressor down to replace a turbocharger and to perform mechanical inspections. The action reduced capacity of the San Juan Crossover by 20 MMcf/d from a base capacity of 650 MMcf/d Friday. The constraint is expected to continue through Tuesday.

Florida Gas Transmission, which had canceled an Overage Alert Day notice Friday while warning that forecasts of continued warm weather in Florida made its return possible, had a new OAD in place Tuesday with 25% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

Sonat canceled Monday an OFO Type 6 that had been implemented Saturday and continued Sunday.

Sonat completed shut-in testing Tuesday at its Bear Creek storage facility in North Louisiana and canceled the associated force majeure that had been in effect since April 1.

Because of moderating weather in its market area, NGPL canceled Tuesday an advisory posting that took effect Sunday (see Daily GPI, March 10) and limited hourly delivery takes.

Sonat lifted Monday an OFO Type 3 that had been implemented Thursday for eight groups on its system. The pipeline also canceled capacity allocations for four other groups.

Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a two-day high-inventory OFO beyond Thursday.
