Transwestern issued a Critical Notice saying a low-linepack Alert Day will be in effect for all of its system Thursday. Operators who take more than scheduled at a delivery point or provide less than scheduled at a receipt point will be subject to penalty. Transwestern also cited several locations where it is seeing unsatisfactory supply performance; see the bulletin board for details.

Florida Gas Transmission has canceled an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers.

Tennessee said due to the anticipated return of colder weather to its market area, an OFO Action Alert will be implemented Friday for all Balancing Parties in downstream Zones 4, 5 and 6. They will be required to maintain an actual daily flow rate not exceeding 2% of scheduled quantities or 500 Dth, whichever is greater, for underdeliveries into the system and overtakes from the system.

Florida Gas Transmission kept an Overage Alert Day in effect through at least Friday but loosened the tolerance for negative imbalances from 10% to 25%.

CenterPoint shippers are no longer under an Operational Alert that began last Tuesday due to unscheduled maintenance in the Perryville Hub area, the pipeline said Friday. The work previously had been expected to last until Saturday (see Daily GPI, Dec. 16).

After ending a previous one Friday, Florida Gas Transmission issued a new Overage Alert Day to market-area customers Monday, citing forecasts of below-freezing temperatures in Florida during the next couple of nights. The pipeline set a 20% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

Following up on a day-earlier warning, Florida Gas Transmission declared an Overage Alert Day Wednesday, saying below-freezing temperatures were forecast in its Florida market area in the next two nights. The tolerance for negative daily imbalances was set at 20%.

After lifting an OFO Action Alert in downstream Zones 5 and 6 a day earlier, Tennessee proceeded to lift it Tuesday in all remaining zones in which the OFO had still been in effect (0, L, 1, 2, 3 and 4). However, an imbalance warning that was declared Oct. 2 remains in effect, the pipeline said.

Tennessee said Wednesday it was lifting a systemwide OFO Action Alert against positive imbalances.
