CA Regulators, Shippers Protest Rolled-In Rates on El Paso Project

California regulators and a number of shippers on the existing El Paso Natural Gas system (EPNG) have called on FERC to either reject or defer the pipeline’s bid to roll in the costs of a proposed complex and multifaceted expansion that would boost capacity by 502 MMcf/d.

Two Moss Bluff Storage Caverns Returned to Partial Service

Duke Energy Gas Transmission (DEGT) reported last Tuesday that it resumed operations at two of the three storage caverns that were taken out of service following the explosion and fire at its rural Liberty County, TX, facility in mid-August.
