Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (CLNE) is continuing to advance renewable natural gas (RNG) supply with a “robust” pipeline of more than 20 production projects progressing, CEO Andrew Littlefair said during the first quarter update. 

CLNE has nine projects under construction with dairy farmers, with an additional four in the engineering stages and two about to enter that phase. 

“Those are the projects where you’re really moving forward. Then the pipeline ebbs and flows…There are 18-20 active in the pipeline.…There are more, but time will tell over here over the next few months of which ones then move into the real active pursuit, but the pipeline is robust,” Littlefair said.
